We are looking for Disability Support Workers in our supported independent living arrangements across multiple locations in southeast QLD to provide 24/7 support in the home and out in the community.
The support worker's role and responsibilities will include:
- Supporting people with personal care and day-to-day activities in the home and out in the community
- Providing positive behaviour support to our clients
- Completing appropriate documentation through shift notes, incident reporting and data collection
- Contribute to the team’s overall objective of providing the best outcomes for our clients
- Work with your team leader to implement and review plans around daily service provision
- Maintain a professional relationship with clients and adhere to the NDIS and company code of conduct
- Above all, be responsive, reliable and accountable to our clients and your team

Qualifications & experience
Vocational qualification in disability or community services
Female staff preferred due to Female participants requiring assistance with personal care
NDIS Workers Screening Clearance
Working With Children's Check (Blue Card)
Current first aid/CPR certificate
Have the right to work in Australia
Driver licence, reliable transport and full comprehensive insurance
